Meet Cari Wheeler

Graduated from Sun-coast School of Massage in Tampa, FL 2001
Cari Wheeler is the owner and operator of Salt and Light Healing Wellness Studio. She is trained in trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, Lymphatic drainage, cupping, and Gua Sha therapy. She is also certified in sports massage.
Cari has over 19 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist. She has an intuitive touch and an innate ability to problem solve and locate patterns of pain and release hard to find adhesions in the fascia, giving her clients immediate relief from pain and increased range of motion.
Meet Dr. Heath Lambert
Dr. Heath Lambert | Upper Cervical Physician
Dr. Lambert is an experienced Upper Cervical Physician that has the knowledge and innate gift of unlocking the body's own ability to heal itself.
He utilizes a combination of several different techniques in order to restore this healing process. The most significant is the procedure which focuses on properly aligning the top two bones under the skull to their natural position. When these two joints are in their correct position, an atmosphere is altered and the body begins to heal & work more efficiently.
