Our massages are customized for your individual needs. Your massage service may include a combination of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. The massage therapist will do a comprehensive intake evaluation and create a customized treatment plan based on your particular needs. Essential oils, the use of massage tools, hot stones, and hot packs are complimentary. These services are by appointment only.
